1. How do I place an order?

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, youβll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track it from your account under My Orders.
4. What is the return/refund policy?
You can return most items within 7β10 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days after the return is approved.
5. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order before it is shipped by going to My Orders and clicking Cancel. If the item is already shipped, you may need to wait for delivery and then request a return.
